We had the pleasure of working with LCM Cabinets and LCM Design & Build on a full remodel that included custom kitchen cabinetry, an expanded pantry, a redesigned fireplace, window replacements which included reframing, and a reconfiguration of appliances and lighting. From start to finish LCM demonstrated exceptional organization and professionalism. They kept us well-informed at every stage of the project, and communication was always clear and proactive. I had a really great experience working with the LCM team on a remodel for my rental. They took an old 1920s kitchen, bumped out the wall and added a bathroom. The kitchen is so much nicer than the old one, well designed and the new bathroom off the master looks great with the tiling. They made it super easy for me since I don’t live there and I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate. I’m amazed by how smoothly the process went and I loved working with them. LCM Design are fantastic to work with. They built a beautiful roof for our deck area, with a fireplace and lovely details. They are professional, communicative, and pleasant to work with. They handled all aspects of the project thoughtfully and navigated some complicated permitting issues gracefully. They were honest and open regarding options, pricing, and timelines. We’re super happy with the work LCM design did for us and how they did it. We got two new rooms (dry wall), new flooring, new carpet, a new shower, and a lot of painting. All the people who were in our home were kind, professional, and did great work. Along the way we discovered other works that needed to get done, we added some more drywall work and it was always easy to work with Marius, George, and the crews. Just all in all outstanding.

Working with LCM Design and Build has been a pleasure from beginning to end. It was great to have Liviu and George come and walk through our old kitchen, to get a flavor of our home before making recommendations. Once that was done, they quickly got to work, sending us proposed layouts, materials, etc. Kalia was very helpful at this stage, as she tweaked things to get it just right. The construction team was top notch. They were very efficient in their work, but consistently delivered quality work. Marius came from time to time to check in with us on the process, which was great. We appreciated that the construction team asked questions when there were decisions to be made, rather than assuming that they knew what we wanted. Thanks to their hard work, we have a beautiful kitchen! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Climbing up into our attic I noticed that a 2×8 holding up the attic floor had cracked and was sagging. I called Homeowner’s Club and they sent us the LCM team. They were able to respond quickly with a plan and an estimate. They scheduled the job and completed the work quickly and professionally. Thanks to a great group of people we have a stable attic above the garage again. Plus they were able to save some money by reusing the ceiling tiles. Thanks to all involved!

Marius and Liviu are fantastic. We are so pleased with the kitchen remodel they did for us! After almost a year looking for and trying out contractors, we finally got referred to LCM and the difference in experience was huge. They helped us to understand the design process and made all our crazy ideas work. Marius contacted me almost every day during construction to let me know how things were going and what to expect. Joe, who worked on site, always made us feel like he wanted to be there and wanted to do quality work. We had two or three issues at the end. At least one was our fault. LCM fixed all of them without charging us anything. And they did it without compromising our design. LCM wasn’t the cheapest bid we got, but they also weren’t the most expensive. But I easily feel like we got the best work available: custom cabinets, lots of personal attention, lots of detail work, willing to change things in process without huge budget or timeline changes. I’m really happy to have worked with LCM. I would do it again.
